How is the distance measured?
Distance is measured from your pickup location to your drop-off destination using the actual route driven. The follow driver tracks this in real time.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected at the end of your ride, once you have arrived safely at your destination.
Are there any extra fees?
Two additional charges may apply: a $20.00 no-show fee if a driver arrives and the customer is not present or cancels on arrival, and a $1.00/min waiting charge that kicks in after a 10-minute free wait period once the driver has arrived. Outside of these, there are no fuel surcharges, late-night fees, or hidden costs.
Do you offer corporate or group rates?
Yes — we offer corporate accounts for businesses that need regular designated driver service. Contact us to set up an account.
Will I know who my driver is before they arrive?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, your assigned driver's details will be shared with you so you know exactly who to expect.
Does my vehicle need to be insured?
Yes — your vehicle must have valid insurance. If your vehicle is uninsured, the customer is fully liable for any consequences that may arise during the trip.
